Job Description

This is what gives us the great working culture.We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has been working in a warehouse environment and is looking for progression to a customer support to process orders and deal with customers’ enquiries.Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by orders and support enquiries over the phone and email as well as processing them with accuracy and timeliness
  • Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Providing customers with expert help and advice
  • Raising quotations and sales proposals
  • Following up customers
  • Ordering materials from suppliers
  • Informing clients of unforeseen delays and problems
  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Looking after show room
  • Warehouse and workshop duties
  • Sales order processing i.e. calling email / call warehouse for dispatch
  • Liaising with internal departments and customers on a day to day basis regarding general queries, product availability etc.
  • Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties
  • Communication with customers on the status of their order and service by telephone and email
  • Communicating with the other departmental teams, multiple warehouses, couriers etc
  • Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Very strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive and can-do attitude

  • Friendly, patient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attentive to detail
  • Problem solver
  • Experience in a similar role and market knowledge would be highly advantageous
  • Experience in warehouse is a must.
  • Good competency in the use of IT including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and) and Sales Order systems.
  • OpportunitiesFor the right candidate, progression in the company can be swift for the right candidate who can demonstrate initiative, can-do attitude, inquisitiveness and responsibility.This is a full-time position is based in Neasden, Wembley 7 mins walk from Neasden station. Hours are 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Required skills
