Creative Support is a national, fast growing not-for-profit organisation providing care and support to individuals with a wide range of needs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Waking Night Support Workers to join our friendly team in Great Glen,Leicestershire. If you are seeking a rewarding career and want to make a positive difference to the lives of others, then we would love to hear from you!Our innovative service includes 21 self-contained flats for independent supported living which is locatedin the village of Great Glen, 2 miles south of Oadby on the outskirts of Leicester.You will support adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities and mental health needs and require staff who are enthusiastic about the support they provide.As a Waking Night Support Worker you will be passionate about supporting people with complex needs and promoting independence.In your role of Waking Night Support Worker, you will carry out overnight checks and morning calls. Although we value relevant experienceof supporting people with a learning disability, autism or mental health needs, you do not need to have prior experience if you can demonstrate a can-do approach, person-centred values, energy and commitment.
