We are looking for fun, energetic and adaptable individuals to provide support to people with learning disabilities and/or autism at our supported living services in Conisbrough, Doncaster. You will work to support tenants at our fast paced, dynamic servicewith daily tasks to promote independence, whilst enabling them to enjoy fulfilling and valued lives.As a Waking Night Support Worker you will help tenants to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored, ongoing care and support. Youwill work to make a positive difference to tenants lives by supporting them with everyday activities. Many of our tenants enjoy visiting local shops and days out to Conisbrough Castle, as well as nights in watching movies or playing board games. You willhelp facilitate tenants to engage with their housemates and out in their local community and utilise opportunities for personal development.This is a perfect opportunity for people who are keen to learn new skills, and are seeking a rewarding job that willallow them to progress in the health and social care sector and develop their career. Whilst previous experience in a similar Support Worker role may be advantageous, we encourage people with the right values, aptitude and passion to apply, as we will provideall the relevant training.Our Conisbrough service has great public transport links, based along the local bus route, and within walking distance from the local train station.
