VP, Operational Resilience Lead

What You’ll Do:

Develop and Implement: Create and manage our Operational Resilience Framework to meet UK and EU regulations.
Collaborate: Work closely with different teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational resilience practices.
Identify and Monitor: Keep track of our critical business services (IBS and CIFs) and ensure they’re robust and secure. Maintain service taxonomies and updated maps.
Set and Review Impact Tolerances: Work with service owners to establish and periodically review impact tolerances for our critical services.
Scenario Testing: Develop and manage severe but plausible scenarios and coordinate testing workshops.
Compliance and Reporting: Handle regulatory self-assessments, create the annual ICT Risk Management Framework report, and prepare status reports for senior management.

What Theyre Looking For:

Experience: Strong background in operational resilience, especially in the financial sector.
Knowledge: Familiar with UK (FCA/PRA) and EU (DORA) regulations.
Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and influencing skills. Able to build relationships and drive initiatives.
Personal Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
