VP Business Development & Strategy, London (Remote and office as the business demands). You will have a high degree of autonomy over your areas of responsibility and will be evaluated on results.The successful candidate will be a MBA-level management consultant (or similar) and a strategic thinker. You will:Devise and implement our business development and sales strategy, initially in the UK and Germany then rolled out globallyBe obsessive about process and structure and define:All sales processes and documentationA bespoke strategy for Enterprise level partnersInternal reporting planProduct feedback loopBusiness case templatesImplement a consultative sales approach that engages and educates multiple stakeholders within Enterprise size businessesQuickly identify the biggest commercial opportunities and prioritise accordingly e.g.

  • * Regulatory openings
  • * Cost benefit analysis / Trade Offs / ROI projections
  • * Low hanging fruit / quick wins vs low yield, resource-heavy distractions
  • * Build close relationships with Product, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Regulatory teams, to ensure alignment with broader business strategy
  • * Build a well-structured team across multiple locations
  • * Create a team reward plan that drives a high-performance culture and leads to rapid commercial growth
  • Requirements:The ideal person will be entrepreneurial, tech and commercially savvy, data driven and be comfortable working in an incredibly fast-paced environment.You will be experienced in a B2B environment, having consulted with, or advised businesses in relevant sectors.It would be advantageous to have worked in a start-up or scale-up environment, and have understanding of regulated markets.You are likely to have:
