As a luxury fashion company with a strong ethical standpoint we are leaders and innovators in our industry.Overview: Stella McCartney Ltd is seeking a highlyskilled and creative Visual Merchandising and Window Designer to join our team, reporting directly to the Visual Merchandising Director. In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating and visually appealing displays in our retail, wholesaleand franchise spaces, ensuring they effectively communicate our brands message and enhance the customer experience. Your role will involve designing and executing window displays, in-store visual merchandising, and collaborating with cross-functional teamsto drive sales and brand recognition. Your Mission:

  • Conceptualise, design, and execute captivating and innovative window displays that align with the brands identity.
  • Provide suppliers with detailed production packs and artwork.
  • Discuss with local suppliers and regional VM Managers to ensure consistency on production across the business.
  • Assist and oversee implementing VM and window displays across Retail, Wholesale and Franchise stores.
  • Present project concepts through mood boards and research packs.
  • Build close relationships with marketing, commercial teams to ensure smooth running of all projects.
  • Build a strong with relationship with the Head of facilities, to ensure all formal H&S procedures are followed, reviewing all design proposals with them to ensure all design proposals comply.
  • Research new, innovative materials and production techniques.
  • Support with event design layouts.
  • Responsible for prop maintenance and global inventories.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties and projects.
Your Talent:
  • Ability to be work collaboratively, balancing creativity with commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and the ability to present ideas.
  • Awareness of trends and ability to produce innovative, on brand research.
  • Ability to work under pressure with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work within budget and short timelines.
  • Confident, independent, proactive, self-motivated and forward thinking.
  • Ad-hoc travel when required.
Systems and Essentials:
  • Degree in Architecture, Design or Engineering is desired.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience working within a similar role.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), any other languages would be beneficial.
  • Confident in the use of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino or other 3D modelling software.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
