Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to join a multinational global-sector- teamwith great ambitions and a very succesful track-record.The role will include:

  • project lead in executing cross-border M&A, ECM and DCM transactions
  • Advising clients during transactions, in-house and on-site
  • preparation and steering of cross-product client pitches (M&A, ECM) in cooperation with product experts worldwide in the dedicated business lines
  • keeping up to date about global sector developments, M&A, equity and debt related issues
  • assessing company valuations, developing DCF, LBO models
  • coordination and supervision of junior team members
The position requires a self-confident person who is a highly motivated and reliable self-starter; with strong willingness to learn as well as:
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in M&A / ECM / Corporate Finance of an investment bank, corporate finance or management consulting firm
  • very good modeling and analytical skills, ability to handle valuation reports with all relevant methodologies
  • ability to train and mentor more junior colleagues
