Job Description

If you are driven, innovative,and passionate about capital markets, this could be the opportunity for you!As Vice President in the ECM team, you will play a critical role in leading and executing ECM transactions while delivering outstanding service to clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the origination and execution of ECM deals, driving successful outcomes.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships, maintaining the reputation for excellence.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative ECM strategies.
  • Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
  • Overseeing the preparation of pitch materials, client presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Contributing to the mentoring and development of junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Equity Capital Markets or investment banking.
  • Proven track record in originating and executing ECM deals.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • A genuine passion for capital markets and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
