Job Description

Van DriverWe are recruiting for Delivery Driver roles in the Balham area. Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters.As a Van Driver you will need to have:

  • Valid drivers license for more than 1 year and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to be very active - bend, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis
  • A great attitude and ability to work well with others - teamwork is key to success
  • Experience using mobile apps to track and deliver results
    • Nice to Have
  • >3 years driving licence (Van Driver Only)
  • Previous related experience
  • Previous delivery, mechanical, logistics, and inventory experience
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Experience driving a larger vehicle in city traffic
  • Knowledge of local area geography and street layout
    • Details:
  • Salary: 12.50 p/h
  • Working Hours : 37.5h per week with possibility of overtime paid at normal hourly rate
  • Location: Balham, London, UK
  • Duration: Ongoing
    • Role of a Van Driver:
  • Assist with E-Bike and E-Scooter deployment and retrieval (Van Driver Only)
  • Use smartphone applications to locate and operate on products
  • Assemble, maintain and repair Lime product lines as theyre assigned
  • Work with a team to operate a van to redistribute products as required (Van Driver Only)
  • Respond to various tasks as theyre assigned
  • Swap batteries to keep the Lime Fleet running
