Our client is a succesful and fast growing start-up UK digital wealth management business.They are a well funded subsidiary of a global financial services organisation. They are seeking to hire an experienced UX/UI Designer. Key responsibilities are: create engaging visual designs and UX solutions that will continually improve the client and prospect experience, work closely with the product owner to translate business requirements into UI designs, create visuals that will exceed client and prospect needs to drive satisfaction and conversion, constantly improve journeys and task completion for users, present design solutions to senior management and stakeholders, recommend improvements in UI design elements, test UI design and recommend improvements in web functionality, navigation and UI design. The successful candidate will have previous UX/UI design experience, ideally gained in asset management/financial services or fintech, good understanding of platform and device requirements, advanced knowledge of the latest UI/UX design practices and concepts for mobile platforms, expert knowledge in design/UX applications and collaberation tools such as Invision, Visio, Adobe Creative, Suite and Sketch, excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment. HTML5 and CSS3 skills are desirable but not essential.
