We are looking for a UX Specialist to develop and deliver a continuous optimisation plan for Batterseas digital products through usability testing, user experience (UX) best practice and insights. Responsible for understanding the goals, motivations,thoughts, and behaviors of users and applying UX standards across all digital products and platforms.About usBattersea is here for every dog and cat and has been since 1860. Though our award-winning campaigns, we use our influence to affect change for dogs and cats within and beyond our gates; building Batterseas reputation on a national and international scale. Ourwork involves everything from innovative integrated advertising campaigns to rehome our animals, to supporting other departments with their strategic objectives. We also manage Batterseas online communities, offer brand guidance, deliver innovative digitalactivity, and manage internal communications, ensuring that staff and volunteers stay informed and engaged. The departments ultimate goal is to raise awareness of Batterseas work, so we can be here for more dogs and cats.Digital teamWithin the Marketing& Commercial department sits the Digital team. Responsible for Batterseas digital output, our goal is to drive innovation and impact online.
