UX Researcher London £600 p/d Inside IR35Banking / Financial Services experience is essential12-month initial contractA major Banking / Financial Services client of ours is seeking an interim UX Researcher to join them on an initial 12 month contract basis in London.You will get the opportunity to lead, define and conduct investigations of customer experiences for current and prospective onboarding journeys for our unsecured lending products, which are delivered across multiple platforms from desktop to web; from mobileto tablet devices; for both browser based experiences and native apps. You will liaise closely with UX designers and other members of the product team to deliver quality and enjoyable human-centred experiences.The majority of your time will be spent on the Credit Card Journey - however there will be focus on other unsecured products. The role will be looking at rewriting the journey log across the mobile app, website and the application customer experience.Skills:* Strong experience as a UX Researcher* Financial services / Banking experience is a must* Experience in UX Design techniques is desirableThis role is Inside IR35 paying up to £600 per day.
