Job Description

UX LEAD£55,000 - 65,000LONDONAn opportunity to shape the UX practice of a small team working across a variety of different industries and companies to build designs that last!THE COMPANYAs a leading CRO agency they know a thing or two about optimising web traffic. Big brands from across a variety of industries work closely with this company to ensure they are making the most of their web traffic. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from leading experts in design and work across a variety of interesting projects within UX.THE ROLEAs a UX lead, you will shape the UX roadmap and structure your own end to end UX processes. More specifically you will have to:

  • Compete the end to end UX process, from sketch to research to implementation.
  • Lead a small team of designers, mentoring and developing their skills allowing you to build strategies and lead on larger projects.
  • Map and understand the end to end customer journey, use research data from surveys and heatmaps to build creative and revolutionary products.
    • YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Experienced using tools such as Sketch and Figma on end to end product design and implementation.
  • Believe in the value of research and data in the UX process, experience leading on retrieving this data.
  • Previously worked with clients or managers to manage expectations, take briefs and work closely with stakeholders to provide a finished product.
