Job Description

Our client is a global organisation specialising in financial software solutions for small and medium sized companies . They are now seeking a UX Interaction Designer to work alongside designers, product managers and engineers.This is a great opportunity to solve big and impactful challenges that make a tangible difference to the lives of their customers. Initially working remotely but 2-3 days in their central London offices when conditions allow.Responsibilities

  • Work in fully Agile environment closely alongside product managers and engineers to define priorities and understand problem space
  • Youll lead research to uncover critical customer problems and synthesise insights
  • Use Lean methodologies to experiment and validate hypotheses and assumptions
  • Rapidly explore, test and iterate design solutions on all levels of fidelity
  • Produce flows, prototypes and final designs on all levels of fidelity
  • Test solutions to ensure great experience
  • Collaborate across a global office base covering , France, United States, Australia, Canada and Brazil.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in UX / interaction / product design
  • Degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or similar
  • Understand metrics and how to use them to drive projects and make decisions
  • Strong portfolio
