YOUR IMPACT AMD UX is looking for a highly-motivated, versatile UX/UI designer to join our team. AMD UX designers have tremendous responsibility in shaping the teams strategic vision, understanding and communicating user needs, and working withteams across the division to prototype and build new digital experiences. We are looking for designers who love to transform large-scale, complex problems into intuitive, simple, and impactful products. We know that the success of our team depends on our abilityto deliver exceptional user experiences, and we need designers who can collaborate with developers, product managers, and individuals across our wealth businesses to bring them to life. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate withproduct managers and engineers to identify new product opportunities, define problems & goals, map user flows, and oversee the development process. Contribute to new feature definition and exploration from concept through execution within an integrated teamthat meets business needs, user needs, and technical capabilities. Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and production quality designs that effectively communicate design directions and detailed designs. Create and evolve consistent affordances acrossthe product set to enhance and standardize the usability of the interfaces. Partner with other UX/UI designers and developers to deploy user-friendly mobile-first customer experiences. See product additions/enhancements from concept or research to deploymentand optimization. Advocate for clean, simple user-cantered interface. QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years industry experience in UX/UI design A background designing complex financial applications a big plus Experience/aptitude in UX design (ability to create sitemaps,wireframes, user journeys, etc.) Success creating and launching products/experiences in a large production program with product managers, engineering and design Experience working with design systems. Demonstrable understanding of the benefits of re-use anddesign standardization You can build consensus around your creative vision, defend design decisions with research or industry best practice and guide your colleagues on executing it Adept at managing stakeholders across a complex business Entrepreneurial driveand a desire to work in a commercially focused, fast-paced environment Passion for simplicity and user empathy Understanding of web standards, capabilities and best practices (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) Experience designing solutions for mobile-first responsivedesign Degree in Design, HCI, CS, or a related field Proficient in Figma or Sketch, Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Axure ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS At Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholdersand the communities we serve to grow.
