Job Description

Role UX Designer, London (Hybrid) , FTC from 25 Dec 2023 until 12 April 2024, pays up to 76K p/annum + benefits and bonus My Client, worlds best-known leader in technology sector famous for its search engine along with other fantastic tools and products, is looking for a UX Designer! Key Responsibilities:

  • Will work closely with engineers and product managers and collaborate with cross-disciplinary partners (IXD, UXE, UXR, motion) throughout all stages of the product cycle to create compelling, coherent and user centred designs.
  • Help to imagine what a modernised product experience could be, and help to find opportunities to create emotional resonance with users.
  • Develop strong partnerships with UX PM and Eng partners to enable high quality product design
  • Collaborate with XFN partners in developing design framework for the App in collaboration with feature teams.
  • Design and create high quality proposals throughout design process including give effective presentations, create conceptual design mocks that inspire XFN partners, produce final designs, and working closely with Eng partners for implementation.
  • Help cultivate creative culture within team and to broader org.
Skills/Experience:
  • Ability to make design decisions that increase the overall appeal of a product based on relevant aesthetic trends and appropriate application.
  • Ability to make design decisions that result in a coherent product, platform, or user experience.
  • Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Ability to prepare effective presentations in content and function, and to speak competently to the level of the audience.
  • Knowledge of product design principles and user-centric processes.
  • Ability to analyze situations or problems at the system level or from a broader technical or organizational perspective.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for defining and measuring UX
