Job Description

UX DesignerLondon (City Centre or Surrey suburbs with Hybrid working)£60,000 - £80,000 doeSummaryFPSG are currently recruiting for a rare opportunity. A combination of strategic and tactical UX Design in an unparalleled combination of start-up opportunity within a Global powerhouse. Working with the business at multiple levels you will have the autonomyand responsibility to deliver a variety of customer journey and approaches to ensure exemplary business and customer results.As the UX Designer your responsibilities will include:

  • Remote and in-persons visit to multiple offices and teams to research customer needs
  • Coordinating, contributing to and delivering collaborative workshops
  • Providing low and high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing and design communication
  • Coordinating and contributing to user testing
  • Championing the assessment and adoption of latest industry trends and practices
  • Driving continuous improvement, innovation and creativity
To be successful in this UX Designer post, your experience will include:
  • A proven background in dynamic UX Design
  • Current demonstrable career experience of design, sketching and prototyping
  • Demonstrable career experience of Interaction design, UI, google analytics
  • An ability to lead usability testing, workshop facilitation A/B testing
  • Comfort with Agile, Scrum and Lean practices
  • A demonstrable portfolio to show digital and mobile lifecycle customer experiences
  • An ability to drive customer and employee experiences, generating insights through research & data science
