Structured around four key pillars-Digital Trading, Digital Operations, Digital Experience, and Digital CRM & Personalisation-it engageswith every department across the global business to propel growth.Overview:As a UX Analyst in the Digital Team at Stella McCartney, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital experience for our global audience. You will be responsiblefor leveraging your expertise in user experience analysis, data interpretation, and digital analytics to optimise key journeys, improve KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across our digital platforms. This role is based in London.Key Responsibilities:GA4Ownership and Implementation:

  • Take ownership of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and ensure its comprehensive use across digital platforms.
  • Lead the implementation of tags and other tracking mechanisms, ensuring accurate data collection.
  • Act as the go-to person for any queries related to GA4, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to governance and legal requirements for data and privacy
Data-Driven Insights and Optimisation:
  • Utilise GA4 insights to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancing user journeys and improving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop a roadmap for A/B testing, from ideation and implementation to measurement and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on successful A/B tests, driving continuous improvement in the digital user experience.
Redesign of Key User Journeys and Strategic Roadmap:
  • Input insights gained from data analysis into the redesign of key user journeys, ensuring a seamless and intuitive digital experience.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and developers to implement changes that enhance user satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
  • Be a core contributor to the development of the strategic digital product roadmap working with Chief Digital Officer and Digital Product Manager
Dashboard Creation and Reporting:
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights on a weekly basis, offering a clear and concise overview of digital performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure that dashboards align with business goals.
  • Translate complex data into understandable insights, facilitating informed decision-making within the digital team and beyond.
Your Talent:
  • Proven experience in a similar UX Analyst role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4, with a track record of successful implementation and optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in conducting A/B testing and using results to inform digital strategies.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools and dashboard creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Systems and Essentials:
  • Google Analytics and other analytics software

  • Experience of working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred
