This is an inside IR35 role where you will be working closely with Design, Product and Engineering supporting the research of digital propositions across the business. The majority of the existing team are primarily qualitative researchers, this role will have a quantitative focus to compliment the existing team. Key responsibilities: Provide quantitative user research, primarily to support the design of mobile banking products Collaborate with product and design to deliver research that will impact decision making Promote new quantitative research methodologies Support other design researchers to help develop them in their roles Quantitative research including surveys, quantitative concept testing, card sorts, click testing Working autonomously in an Agile environment You will be creating research plans for all stages of product development, from discovery to design. You will be working as part of a larger team or researchers and designers, and require a strong ability to influence stakeholders to ensure decisions are made off the back of research.
