User Experience Designer (UX)Salary: £34,884-43,860 pa Location: Hounslow, but currently remoteFixed Term We’re more than digital. We’re improving lives. Your task is to design and create accessible and intuitive services that fully meet the needs of our users. Part of a new, dedicated Service Design team, you’ll use detailed research and analysis to design and deliver the most effective and user-friendly solutions.Joining a multidisciplinary team, you’ll help to streamline and join up digital experiences, ensuring that they are designed around users’ needs and are easy to use. You’ll champion accessibility and usability and act as an advocate for all users of our services, both internal to the council and within our broader communities. You’ll facilitate co-design activities, bringing together the people who use, own and provide services with analysts, researchers, designers and developers, ensuring that the best possible solutions are implemented.We’re looking for an experienced UX designer who is passionate about the entire process of designing end-to-end user journeys. You understand the importance of user-centred design and have a firm grasp of user research and business analysis.
