North American Claims Broker Technician City To £45,000City Based Lloyds Broker seeking an experienced Claims Technician/Broker to join our small claims team working on all aspects of claims processing. Duties will include Processing and monitoring claims, dealing with accounting issues and client enquiries, Broking claims files into the market, Processing and Broking of bordereaux files, Liaise with any clients/loss adjusters/TPAs/Attorneys with regards to the handling of any claims and develop relationships, Dealing with issues relating to claims or accounts, Maintain required records, reports and files in an organised manner. Monitoring claim outstandings and movements likely to impact performance and/or development of business. Experience required Analysis of claims data and trends on binding authorities, The ideal candidate will need to have strong computer skills and experience using the ECF, CLASS system and preferably Lineage for Canadian business. Excellent communication skills. A confident self-starter able to manage workloads and priorities as necessary and to work under pressure. Ability to work in a team and to build strong relationships with colleagues is essential. At least 5 years relevant claims experience.
