Job Description Morgan McKinley is supporting a Big 4 Accounting Practice in their recruitment for a US Tax Assistant Manager with Private Client Tax experience to join their growing team Morgan McKinley is supporting a Big 4 Accounting Practice in their recruitment for a US Tax Assistant Manager with Private Client Tax experience to join their growing team in London. This is an exciting time for this service line due to a large increase in volume of work and growth of the overall team. You will be joining a well qualified US/UK Private Client Tax team and will be tasked with managing a range of clients and exciting projects,collaborating with different teams and locations across the firm. Your responsibilities in this role will include:
  • Managing the compliance process of US tax returns
  • Reviewing US Tax returns completed by more junior members of staff
  • Delegating work to and supporting in the development of the team
  • Utilise a strong understanding of domicile and residence issues
  • Assisting with client management, and managing work in progress with prompt billing and cash collection
Ideally you will be EA and ATT qualified with demonstrable experience in the US/UK tax service line. Youll be a confident communicator with great interpersonal skills, and a desire to support the building out of a US/UK Tax function in a Big 4 practice.
