Job Description A Top 6 Accounting Practice with highly established clients and well known leadership is seeking a US Corp Tax Manager to join in a period of sustained (and future) growth! A Top 6 US Tax Team located in Central London is recruiting for an experienced US Corporate Tax Manager to join their highly established team. Working in their international tax team, youll have clients from all industries and sectors, which will range from Start-Ups to Groups and globally operating FTSE 100 listed businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for you to work in a broad scoping role where you will be involved in cross border M&A transactions, tax planning, transfer pricing, US tax consulting and much more. Responsibilities as a US Tax Manager will include:
  • Be the main point of contact for your clients and other key stakeholders
  • Signing out tax forms such as: 1065 and 1120, 5471, 8865, 8858
  • Analyse CFCs, Subpart F income, GILTI along with the double taxation mitigation options
  • Recognise business development opportunities and work closely with the Partner & client to develop these
  • Managing assignments and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget
  • Utilise your strong technical knowledge in corporate and/or investment management sectors
  • Lead from the front and support junior colleagues, as well as reviewing their work and providing advice
