Unqualified SEND TeacherHorticulture SpecialistInner London Pay Scale + SEN AllowanceEaling (Acton)ASAP StartAre you a talented and passionate SEN specialist Are you an unqualified teacher (not holding QTS)Do you have experience or education in HorticultureSANZA Teaching Agency are supporting an outstanding specialist school for young people with Autism. The school caters to students aged from Nursery to 6th form. The school is situated in Ealing (Acton), with great transport links! The school innovative and progressive, with a strong focus on creativity and performingarts!The role will be running work experience in Horticulture for students in 6th form.

  • The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and experience within the field of horticulture
  • The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the specific needs of children with autism and a strong desire to learn more
  • They will also have some experience of effective teaching and learning, preferably within the context of a specialist autism provision.
  • They must be a strong communicator and team player and able to engage effectively with the children, staff - including link mainstream class teachers, and parents/ carers on a daily basis.
  • They will also need to be enthusiastic, highly motivated and have the belief in the potential of every individual child as well as the drive to support all children to become the best they can be.
