Job Description

Unity 3D Developer - City Mapping Project - remote from anywahere in the world

  • 6+ month contract position
  • Based remotely from anywhere (working mainly UK working hours)
  • Rate: market rate, negotiable, based on skills/experience
The Project:We are building an agile team to work on an exciting new city mapping simulation environment and require a Unity expert with strong game design experience and expertise in distributed game design workflows.Experience with working with Unity 3D and its latest services is essential, to work across all areas of development including graphics, business logic and UI; identify platform/device specific issues and optimisations; and co-operating with other developersin product implementation.The role is remote based, so the ideal developer must be a self starter and can work independently, however will significantly contribute as part of a larger team.Key Skills and Experience Required:
  • Strong experience working with Unity 3D
  • Experience in delivering live-service multiplatform games/software (iOS, Android, WebGL, Standalone) in Unity
  • Strong UI/UX skills in Unity
  • Expert knowledge of C#
  • Git Version Control and Management
  • Experience with Unity CI/CD
  • Experience with Unity Test Framework
Nice To Have:
  • Working experience of CityGen, Mapbox, OpenStreetMaps
  • Navigation in Unity or similar
  • Experience with React, C++, Python
