Part-Time - 0.6FTE, full year 52 weeks per yearBased at our West Durrington campus in WorthingFixed term until 31 July 2021This is a fixed term role to develop and deliver initiatives to support the Office for Students UniConnect programme. The post holdershould have a good understanding of the priorities of UniConnect and Widening Participation initiatives.This diverse role requires a proactive and highly organised individual who is process focused and can balance multiple priorities.The post holder will bean experienced and motivated project worker with excellent interpersonal skills. They will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, be approachable and flexible, and produce work of a high standard to deadlines. The post holder will have excellentadministration and organisation skills plus high-level written and verbal communication skills.Essential requirements: Educated to Degree Honours level (unless substantial experience of working in Widening Participation and/or an education setting)Experienceof working in Further or Higher Education or youth engagement setting Experience of successful end-to-end project management Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of government policy on Widening Participation Strong verbal,written and ICT skills Ability to network and communicate with clearly with a variety of audiences Ability to travel between sites and to off-site locations Interviews will be held on 18 October 2021.
