Job Description A US/UK Tax Manager is required to join a growing US Tax team in London who are seeing consistent year on year growth and are seeking to hire an important role into their team Morgan McKinley is supporting one of Londons fastest growing US tax teams in their recruitment for a US/UK Tax Manager. This UK/US Tax Manager position is a pivotal position in the team, and one that will support the continued growth of the service line. Youll be utilising your experience in both US and UK Corporate Tax and Private Client, to an extent, and youll be a confidentcommunicator and business partner for the US/UK team. As a Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Corporate Tax compliance work in relation to an individuals return, or a corporate partnership entity
  • Tax advice for individuals or entities with a UK/US connection
  • Personal Tax compliance for individuals with UK and US connections
  • Review of tax returns for US tax resident and non-resident individuals
  • Review of US State Tax Returns for State residents and non-residents
  • Advice to UK domiciled and non-UK-domiciled individuals in relation to corporate issues and structures
  • Working with junior staff members; delegation of work, review of work, support in training and development
Ideally you will be ATT / CTA / ACA / CPA qualified and be an active Enrolled Agent (US EA) with demonstrable experience in the above technical areas.
