Senior UK / EU Sponsorship ManagerThis is an amazing opportunity for a UK / EU Sponsorship Manager to progress their career within an up and coming Activewear Brand who are making a name for themselves in the marketplace.Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, as well as experience within the sportswear / activewear industry. The Senior Sponsorship Manager will work closely with the Head of Sponsorship, and other membersof the sponsorship team to ensure that Brands influencer and sponsorship marketing campaigns are successful.RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the overview and successful running of all Sponsorship campaigns and activity across UK and EU Manage Influencer KPIs for dedicated Influencer portfolio and ensure they align with brand visionBuilding and maintaining positive Influencer relationships to encourage retention and increase performanceWorking with the Head of Sponsorship to own and seek opportunities for organic growthScoping out new talent in the industry and building on the Brands influencer relationshipsAnalyse historical and current performance data to optimise our influencer programLine management of UK/ EU Sponsorship teamSupporting with the interviewing and onboarding of new employees onto the UK/EU Sponsorship teamRequirements3-5 years experience in talent management or Influencer campaign managementCampaign Management - you will comfortable owning campaigns in full covering developing timelines, budget management, documentation and delivering against briefs, with a high attention to detailWell connected - you will have an existing contact book of talent and talent agents respectivelyCharismatic and social, you will build strong relationships with talent to build a position of trust and will be able to lead cross department comms.Experience managing events including third-party agencies and suppliersYou will be able to handle multiple Talent and campaigns and prioritise your time and internal resource based on requirementYou will be across gym culture and social media news and updatesThe company offer an excellent salary / benefit package with a hybrid working environment
