Job Description

Exchange Data International (EDI) is seeking to recruit a UK Corporate Action Analyst to carry out the following duties:

  • Checking Regulatory news services (RNS) announcement for specific time on daily basis but may check 3 to 4 hours of announcement.
  • Creating Corporate Action Bulletin on UK CA Cabsys System
  • Researching Shareholders circular.
  • Updating or adding dividend in UK Corporate Action (UKCA) Dividend System
  • Calling registrar for DRIP, Script and Currency Election information
  • Emailing DRIP clients with Drip details
  • Checking Ex-date file on daily basis
    • With a good level of education, you must also have the following:
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience of conducting research
  • A good understanding of what good customer service looks like
  • Basic proficiency in IT
    • You must also be highly motivated with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and execute tasks.Exchange Data International (EDI) specialises in securities reference and corporate actions data and pricing for all asset classes, equities, fixed income and derivatives. Our main clients are service providers, such as data venders, index companies, credit rating agencies etc., as well as brokerage houses.The company has staff and offices in the UK, the US, India, South Africa, Canada, Germany and Morocco, and its Head office is in Kentish Town, London. The London based sales team consists of 3 staff.
