Job Description

The Regulatory Reporting Change Control is a senior professional position, critical to the local regulatory reporting change book of work, covering both CGML (Citis European Broker Dealer) and CUKL (Citis UK Banking entity). Responsibilities: Manage local regulatory reporting change book of work including:

  • Coordinating impact assessments of regulatory change
  • Liaise with wider stakeholders to develop appropriate requirements to deliver sustainable solution
  • Track progress of changes in compliance with change control process
  • For larger regulatory reporting change projects, work with regulatory policy, regulatory reporting and project teams to ensure regulatory changes are delivered in line with the regulatory requirements
  • Analysis of New Product Approvals and Product Lists to ensure infrastructure currently reflects required capital treatment or that a sustainable solution can be found, and drive any change required.
  • Assessment of transactions subject to the Pre Clearance process which have a significant capital impact, including the development of suitable assessment framework.
  • Lead enhancement of management information, delivering sustainable solutions.
  • Adhoc analysis for senior management concerning prudential regulation, resulting in key recommendations.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people across different functions and levels of seniority
  • Proven organisational and time management skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Financial Services preferred
  • An understanding of regulatory reporting in EU/UK.
  • An understanding of the regulatory capital rules under CRR, ideally specialising in market risk, however will consider those with expertise in counterparty credit risk, large exposures, leverage ratio and MREL. Familiarity with regulatory developments includingCRR3.
  • Project management and organisational skills
Education:
  • Bachelors Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
