Because the more perspectives we share, the better we can be.The RoleYou will be responsible for supporting the long-term strategic growth of the UGG brand within the amazon ecosystem. With a focus on data management (both internal & external) to facilitate on time business decisions that drive profitable growth.You will develop strong relationships with Amazon Business Partners, internal stakeholders, and external agencies.Your Impact:

  • Strengthen relationships with all areas internally with focus on: Customer Service, Marketing, Finance and Product Merchandising teams
  • Build rapport with external contacts: Amazon AVS, VM and Ops Manager
  • Facilitate regular Amazon Club meetings, external meetings and projects
  • Creating and updating dashboards for weekly and monthly sales updates to understand, sales, marketing, and operational performance
  • Monitor, track and push with internal and external teams to understand tracking on Ugg and Amazon KPIs, on; VIP, JBP, & RACI- Way of Working
  • Review and dispute pricing queries in bulk
  • Track commercial agreement invoices monthly from shipped sales, getting approvals from Strategic Sales Manager/HOS.
  • Utilize Amazon Selection audit to ensure Amazon have accurate data of live, obsolete, or temp OOS products.
    • To support seasonal ranging sell in, proposing Amazon range to product merch team based on historic, sales data, search terms and trends, supporting creating presentations.
  • To support SSM with seasonal range sell in, reviewing Amazon range, supporting creating presentations and on sales meeting days.
  • Deep dive into search terms, with Agency and Amazon marketing to ensure campaigns are maximized.
  • Feeding into creation of A+ and Brand store.

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical individual, used to working with commercial data and able to make sound judgements
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from internal and external stakeholders
