A great opportunity has arisen to join an Asset Management Company in London as a Product Developer.Your duties will includeWork closely with other members of Product Development, Chief Operating Officer, Investment team, Business Development team andLegal and Compliance team, Product Development is responsible for following functions;To initiate, plan and manage the implementation of new products for mainly clients in EMEA within our UCITS platform.To ensure accurate and timely implementation of any changes to existing products within our UCITS platformTo maintain our strategies / products data other than UCITS including performance, AUM and related information to deliver investment reports as well as ESG.To prepare for UCITS Board of Director meeting, AGM, andperiodical oversight due diligence requestsTo ensure that all product documentations remain up to date, consistent and comply with relevant regulations. Examples are fund prospectus, fund financial statement, annual TER budgeting, regulatory templates, KIID, etc.To ensure the fund/ share class is registered to support the distribution strategyTo work in partnership with Business Development team to prioritise the product pipeline of work for new productsTo manage the new product launch process including:- The launch of all new umbrella fund structures- The launch of any new sub-funds or share classes of an existing fund umbrellaTo ensure active and smooth communication with mainly UCITS related parties i.e, Fund Admin, CustodianTo implement effective market research from Product Development perspectiveTo manage and maintain any other information deemed necessaryTo take care of other general affairs to help Product Development teamThe ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of UCITS structures and their legal and regulatory requirements across EUmarkets (especially Luxembourg UCITS)Experience in drafting and amending fund documentation in liaison with legal counsel or ManCoA detailed understanding of how a fund operates e.g. distributions, tax, pricing, valuations.If you feel you can adhere to the above please apply stating your current remuneration, notice period and expectations
