Job Description

Position

  • Looking for a UC Solutions Architect to work in a rounded fully end to end role. Working from project specification, designing and architecting the solution at a high level, overcoming the customers challenges.
  • You will have excellent experience with Ciscos UC product set and have a passion for unified workspace applications and services.
    • Responsibilities:
  • Extensive experience of designing Cisco networking Solutions including management and provisioning platforms
  • Experience of designing and demonstrating Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration products and services
    • Requirements You will highly experience in design and architecture within the Cisco Unified Communication and Collaboration space and have expertise in two or more of the following areas;
  • Solutions Architecture (Design and Planning)
  • HLD of Cisco UC & Collaboration Solutions
  • CUCM
  • Cisco Unity, Cisco Unity Express, and Contact Centre Express
  • Video and Web Conferencing (WebEx, Tandberg, Polycom)
  • IP Communications
  • UCCX Desirable
  • Knowledge of other Cisco Product would be a distinct advantage i.e, Cisco R&S, Sec, WLAN, etc.
  • Understanding of complimentary UC applications: Voice Recording, Call logging, Wallboards, and Video conferencing, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Help produce technical proposal documentation to articulate the business and technical benefit
  • Develop detailed scopes of work to documents
  • Deliver UC technology & service solutions in bid responses, working with the account team
  • CCNA / CCNP / CCIE Collaboration/Voice certifications
  • Microsoft Teams integration
  • XMAPP Presence federation
  • Server Certification request and application (CSR etc)
  • SIP SBC integration
  • UK Dial plan and design concepts for Numbering plans
  • Avaya PBXs, Avaya Soft Clients and Ribbon SBCs
