TV LAWYER/BUSINESS AFFAIRS MANAGERMEDIA/ ENTERTAINMENTSPANISH SPEAKINGNQ-2 YEARS PQE/BUSINESS AFFAIRS MANAGER(COMMERCIAL/IP/TV/DISTRIBUTION/COMMERCIAL)PERMANENT;CENTRAL LONDONOur client is an exciting, fast-growing, multinational entertainment company that specialises in the acquisition, production, distribution and brand management of films and television content.With 100+employees based in London, New York, Toronto, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Sao Paolo, the London office is an integral part of the wider Group, a leading international entertainment company with film, TV and music operations across the world.Theyare seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking lawyer/business affairs professional to assist the Business and Legal Affairs team on a variety of corporate and commercial activities to ensure the smooth running of existing and new content exploitation and wider corporategoals.Supporting the London and Spanish offices, you will:

  • Draft and negotiate Spanish language acquisitions and work on productions, outputs, licences and sales;
  • Negotiate general commercial agreements;
  • Advise on compliance with Spanish law;
  • Advise the Spanish senior management team; and
  • Review and negotiate amendments and/or ancillary legal documentation, in respect of chain of title, clip licences, music licences and so forth.
