Trusts and Grants Manager Norwich / Norfolk £30,940 per annum (pay review 1 April) 37 hours per week About the organisation: The Matthew Project empowers young people and adults to overcome drugs, alcohol, and mental health issues so they can live theirlives more fully. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Trusts and Grants Manager to continue securing income to sustain and grow our charity. About the role: As the Trusts and Grants Manager, you will research, identify, and respond to funding opportunities.You will be leading on all bids, including major statutory bids, with support from the Income Generation Manager. You will also be maintaining and updating the ‘Bid Decision Framework’ for the senior management team and trustees; creating robust budgets withfinance; analysing results, monitoring, and quality checking report backs to funders; and building relationships with key stakeholders, commissioners, and existing and potential funders. You will also deputise for the Income Generation Manager.
