Account ExecutiveGlobal Reinsurance CompanyMultinational Property/Casualty£130,000 per annum (DOE)This is an opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join an already highly profitable UK Treaty Team. The team pride itself on its exceptional client service and you will play an integral part in the development of this through creative solutions, relationship management, negotiation and professionalism.Responsibilities:· Actively seeking to identify, generate and retain profitable treaty business· Implementation of, and contribution to, the local marketing strategy and delivery of the company value proposition· Communication and alignment of company strategy to client needs through the development of an intimate understanding of our clients business and treaty purchasing requirements· Working closely with underwriters to agree and align marketing objectives, strategies and actions to the underwriting profitability goals for both the overall portfolio and target segments and/or clients· Keeping abreast of changes in the broader insurance marketplace and identifying/reporting reinsurance market developments and trends back to the treaty team· To work closely with clients and/or underwriters to give support in the design of new solutions and productsProfile:· Excellent understanding of Treaty products· Highly skilled negotiator· A creative problem solver· A relationship builder and proven history in managing relationshipsInterviews will be held at the end of May so please apply today to be considered for this position.
