Job Description

A successful venture capital fund is looking for a Fund Operations Associate to join their Global Operations team in London and DubaiResponsibilities:

  • Oversee the global process of repo settlement
  • Oversee the repositories reconciliation and fail procedures.
  • Make sure positions and accounts are appropriately financed every day by collaborating closely with the repo desk.
  • Oversee collateral for various counterparties and products (futures, ISDA, repo, etc.).
  • Maintain and advance technological development
  • Optimize the cash amounts in each account.
  • Monitor intraday cash levels, wire instructions, and wire payments.
  • Help with FX exposure and excess fund margin.
Required Experience
  • 5 + years of experience
  • Exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking.
  • Capacity to operate both alone and as a team.
  • Exceptional accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
  • Growth-oriented professional seeking to become a part of a growing team and company.
  • Required is a BA/BS or equivalent.
