Job Description

Partner Financial are currently working with an international, Private Equity backed Real Estate business with a strong growth proposition. The business has a robust reputation which has been achieved through exceptional project delivery, built on reliablecustomer relationships and profound understanding of data and knowledge.This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to take ownership of the group’s debt utilisations, compliance and repayments, becoming a key member of the team as the business continues its current growth trajectory.Key responsibilities

  • Owning the group’s debt compliance. debt drawdowns and repayments.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the group regarding drawdown timings and supplier payments
  • Working alongside the group treasurer for any ad hoc support required
  • Leading the design and implementation of processes around debt.
  • Working alongside the Corporate Finance team on ad hoc projects
  • Leading the group’s analysis on their debt and funding requirements
  • Being the key point of contact for lenders
Ideal candidate
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience dealing with debt compliance and managing debt drawdowns
  • Working experience on international organisations dealing with debt compliance will be advantageous
  • Proactive individual with an inquisitive mind-set where you continuously seek process improvement
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, and the ability to learn new IT systems and processes
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
