Job Description

An experienced Treasury KYC (Know Your Customer) Specialist is required by an industry leading organisation on a contract basis (inside IR35) for 12 months.The Treasury KYC Specialist will be primarily responsible for partnering with finance, transformation and treasury teams by acting as the critical contributor to a significant banking rationalisation project.Treasury KYC Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating banking mandates and obtaining necessary documentation for authorised signatories
  • Understanding local country requirements and arranging necessary documentation to facilitate the KYC process
  • Confirming ultimate beneficial ownership and legal entity structures
  • Working with local country finance teams and other key stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of KYC deliverables objectives
  • Establishing critical information such as names/addresses/locations including country of incorporation and domicile of accounts
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal or equivalent or qualified by experience
  • Demonstrable Treasury experience preferred
  • Experience with bank portals, coordinating account openings and KYC requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - emotionally intelligent, critical thinker, problem solver
  • Familiarity with the demands of project management
  • Motivated team player
