Job Description

The Role: Treasury & Fund Reporting PrincipalThe Firm: Boutique Specialist Credit FundThe Location: West End London (hybrid)Really interesting high growth Specialist Credit Fund is looking for an established Treasury/Fund Reporting specialist in a particularly broad role to work across Investor Reporting, covenant calculations, month-end waterfall payments, MI Information Packs,Fund Optimisation & Governance etcThe Responsibilities:

  • Manage interaction and main point of contact with Investors for monthly financial reporting, covenant calculations and compliance certificates.
  • Ownership of month end waterfall payments, approval of payments via operating accounts, bank reconciliations and return calculation governance including changes to borrower terms and SONIA rates.
  • Main point of contact with Senior Debt provider, in-life management, including calculating covenants, completing monthly meetings, and preparing reporting pack.
  • Ownership of Monthly Information packs and financial reporting, including preparation of Financial Statements, Tax returns & tax compliance and point of contact for external auditors.
  • Provide Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis, with oversight of Budgets / Forecasts.
  • Supporting MD & leading on Fund optimisation and governance - High Interest Accounts, SONIA Hedging.
  • Working closing with Head of Operations to support on cash management and bank reconciliations and ensuring optimal bank account structure.
The Requirements:
  • Background in Audit/Finance
  • Treasury aficionado within Investment Management Fields
  • Comfortable with Fund Reporting across PE/PC/PD
  • Enthusiastic drive to pivot, set up processes, commercially drive the position
