Job Description

TREASURY ANALYST - INTERNATIONAL MINING COMPANY Client DetailsOur client are one of the largest Mining companies globally with revenues exceeding $60bn.Due to a period of increased workload, my client is looking to attract an enthusiastic and eager to learn Treasury Analyst to join their highly regarded Treasury team here in London.Candidates looking to apply will either have a prior background working in a corporate treasury team or have experience working in a back office accounts department.This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door!Description

  • Deliver against set performance targets, contributing to team efforts to maintain operational discipline
  • Maintain integrity of relevant process with focus on day to day activities to ensure compliance with internal controls and policy
  • Execute transactional processing of confirmations and settlements for FX, money market, derivative and debt transactions
  • Communicate with counter parties and front office to resolve confirmation and settlement issues
  • Understand risks, complex contracts and regulations from a confirmations and settlements perspective
  • Maintain confirmation and settlement policies & procedures
Profile
  • 1-2 years experience working in either a treasury or accounts department
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent numerical skills
