Job Description

Interested in working for an organisation that provides wonderful training and support Looking for a role that will enhance your future career Want to be part of a vital department within a £300m+ turnover organisation Then this is the role for you!My client is a highly regarded property developer based in South London looking for a Treasury Accountant to join their redeveloping finance team.The main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Full responsibility for ensuring that the treasury management system is correct with all information logged and updated in a timely manner.
  • Lead on the preparation of cash-flow forecasts, accruals and various reconciliations.
  • Ensure that all funds are allocated correctly, with payments made in a timely and punctual manner.
  • Play a key role in the preparation of interest rate derivatives to make sure that the calculated company funds are correct.
  • Provide invaluable support to any treasury related ad hoc work across the department.
    • This is a wonderful opportunity for a treasury or finance professional who is looking to grow their career further in a treasury role filled with the potential for growth. Furthermore, this is an organisation that will offer all the training and support needed by the successful candidate to help them complete a relevant treasury and/or accountancy qualification, helping them to enhance their future career prospects.The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience of working in either a finance or treasury related role.
  • Ideally experience of working within the Real Estate, Property or Housing sectors, however, candidates without this are still encouraged to apply.
  • At the very minimum the ability to navigate models on Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to manage their time and organise their work effectively.
