Job Description

Location REMOTE FULLY UK BASEDOur client is a well-established travel company who operate a successful home working division.They are now recruiting an experienced manager with a travel background as a Recruitment and Training Manager to support and further develop their home working divisionThe role has a key focus on managing a rapidly expanding team of Homeworkers with ambitious growth plans,dealing predominantly with worldwide leisure destinations.The role will require a strong emphasis on homeworker recruitment and training to actively generate new business.Recruitment and Training Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Managing online and offline advertising for recruitment through travel trade, social media, and recruitment websites. Candidate screening, interviewing and final selection.
  • Performing introductory homeworker training programme with booking system training, sales training, and business development to maximise Homeworker sales and commissions.
  • Developing and expanding new products for Homeworker sales including high revenue products.
  • Developing Homeworker strategies to assist them with expanding their business to their local communities including local businesses, groups, and societies.
  • Assisting with their promotion strategies through sales leaflets, mailshots, and social media marketing.
Recruitment and Training Manager Experience Required
  • Extensive management experience within the travel industry
  • Experience in recruiting, developing and mentoring teams
  • Strong motivational and man management skills required
  • Strong commercial skills in developing new business ideas and driven to exceeding sales targets.
Recruitment and Training Manager Salary and Benefits
  • Base Salary to 30,000
