Job Description

Homeworking opportunity now available for an experienced Travel Consultant who is a Umrah and Hajj specialist. This UK based Homeworker role is full time, the basic salary is up to £23,000 per annum, plus commission with an OTE of £30,000 - £33000. The successful Travel Consultant will work a 5 day week from home and be supported at all times by the Tour Operators Operations Department based at their HQ near London.Our client is a highly established and respected ATOL Bonded UK Tour Operator for travellers wishing to travel to the Middle East for Hajj, Umrah and specialist Ramadan tours to perform their holy obligations. Our client also specialises in selling tailor-made holidays to different parts of the world.The company and its Travel Consultants focus on a one-to-one personalised service that’s based on quality, trust, and realistic expectations for their travellers. This tour operator offers both flight only, bespoke tours and tailor-made holidays to the holy destinations, they also facilitate in creating both budget and luxury focused memorable trips for Umrah and Hajj.Homeworker Umrah & Hajj Specialist Role:

  • Put together personalised travel itineraries covering Umrah, Hajj and holy destinations, covering hand-picked budget and luxury hotels
  • Work as a Umrah and Hajj specialist, youll show the traveller whats possible; offer them travel advice and then sell them the right tour / programme / holiday that suits their precise budget and needs
  • Offer advice on travel requirements, Umrah and Hajj requirements, ritual and stages, visas etc.
  • Focus on attention to detail and possessing good communication skills in providing the best and most comprehensive service possible to all travellers
  • Put the customer at the heart of everything you do
    • Now Let’s Talk About You:
  • Essential- UK based Travel Consultant with Minimum 12 months experience in creating bespoke travel itineraries for Umrah, Hajj and holy destinations from scratch
  • Knowledge of Umrah and Hajj requirements, ritual and stages, visas etc.
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills in meeting travellers needs
  • Positive, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • The desire and initiative to achieve, surpass targets and enjoy making commission in addition to your basic salary
  • Resourceful and practical; can think on your feet and solve problems quickly and effectively
