Job Description

Sales and Marketing sits in Business Solutions, and covers all aspects of professional services marketing, sales support and business development across the business. The function is critical to the way the business operates. We work together with the Clientsand Markets Executive to build and sustain competitive advantage. We execute our go-to-market strategy using our expertise, talent and assets to drive commercial outcomes, for us and our clients. The Transformation team is responsible for supporting the transformation of our function and business to ensure it is relevant, commercial and equipped for the future. We are a small team with a high performing culture supporting this from a variety of differentskills and specialisms, including project and programme management, sustainable change, communications and resourcing models. What we are looking for Were looking for an experienced Project Manager with a breadth of experience working on transformational projects, who will work with key internal stakeholders and be responsible for program management across multiple high profile high visibility projects,ensuring a high standard of delivery across our function and our business.

  • Taking the lead role and responsibility for scoping, driving and project managing the entire lifecycle of multiple strategically significant and complex projects and aligned workstreams.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of core project management documentation, including milestone and delivery plans, risk and issue logs plus dependencies trackers
  • Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution/implementation, monitoring, controlling and completion of the projects
  • Working collaboratively in an environment with multiple competing priorities which requires self-motivation, discipline, organisation, and a high attention to detail
  • Monitoring, tracking and controlling outcomes to manage risks, resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables, working with project owners and drivers.
  • Driving and maintaining senior leadership and stakeholder engagement and reporting
  • Implementing appropriate governance structures
  • Driving standardisation and best in class quality through the use of frameworks, methodologies and operational standards
  • Developing and delivering progress reports, documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors and stakeholders
Skills and Experience
  • Exceptional Program management experience and understanding of methodologies and tools
  • Experienced in successfully leading complex transformation projects and activities including planning, resource coordination, risk/issues management, scope management, communications, budget tracking, and status reporting
  • Exceptional relationship, communication and influencing skills
  • Proactive, flexible and agile to navigate complex transformation and change programmes and adapt to shifting priorities and demands
  • Exceptional credibility at senior levels, tools to upwardly manage and gain respect and impact at a senior level
  • Experience leading, motivating and managing a variety of project teams
  • Comfortable working with, influencing, presenting to, and facilitating decisions among senior stakeholders and sponsors
  • Able to ask the right questions and appropriately challenge the status quo
  • Persistence to drive activities to closure
  • Ability to work both as a team and individually
  • Discretion and trust to work with confidential and sensitive information
