Job Description

Interim Finance Transformation DirectorCirca £1000 per day outside IR356-9 monthsFully remoteI am currently partnered exclusively with one of the UKs leading IT Services providers, providing Cloud, Communications and Cyber Security focused products and services across enterprise and public sector customers.Due to ambitious growth plans and recent acquisitions the business is looking to hire an Interim Finance Transformation Director for an initial period of 6-9 months. Reporting directly into the CFO, the Transformation Director will be expected to deliveron full synchronicity between three platforms including Navision, ServiceNow and MS CRM.The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Take the individual Business Units on a journey to successfully align their systems post go live of their Navision system.
  • Act as the key point of contact for Transformation across the business and effectively communicate across the core business units to strategize the most efficient way for a successful system integration.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts across three core systems to oversee and coordinate documentation of workflows and handover information across their respective systems.
  • Facilitate training across the organisation - working closely with CRM, Financials and Technical Engineers in order to bring everything into sync.
The successful candidate must hold the below experience:
  • You will have worked within a Finance/Transformation senior leadership role with a successful track record of managing systems projects - ideally Navision or any Microsoft CRM/ERP.
  • You will have experience implementing large workstreams end to end across businesses and will know what good looks like.
  • You will be a first in class communicator who is able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • You will be a strong leader who is able to take people on a journey from mapping out a plan to full execution with a successful result.
