About the roleEver thought of moving in-house Or perhaps, you are already in-house, and youre interested in a new challengeWe have an exciting opportunity for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our Group Tax Team. The Group Tax Team works collaboratively with the business on a day-to-day basis to provide advice across all taxes. Our team is fuelled by curious minds from diversebackgrounds.This role will include working on both transfer pricing compliance and advisory aspects. You will be communicating with the business and acting as a problem solver to their complex transfer pricing issues. This role will partner with internal teams on internationalprojects and global initiatives so a fantastic opportunity to build relationships within the business. It will also offer you to lead on delivery of variety of tax technical projects, from planning though to documentation and tax audit enquiries.You will be actively involved in identifying areas of automation, design, implementation and monitoring the transfer pricing policies/ model across the business.A successful candidate must be a proven self-starter, who is comfortable with pro-actively communicating directly and liaising at all levels to ensure the group meets its transfer pricing, and country by country reporting and filing obligations.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Management of the preparation and submission process for the groups global transfer pricing compliance including review and submission of UK local files and Master files and other transfer pricing documentation. This includes managing the relationship withthe groups transfer pricing external advisors who prepare the local files.Review of groupwide transfer pricing policies including review of central modules for inclusion in local files and working closely with advisors in preparing documentation supporting the groups transfer pricing policies.Assist in determining the appropriate transfer pricing policies for the group.Monitoring compliance with transfer pricing policies.Management of the country-by-country reporting notification and reporting process.Manage internal services agreements process.Implement process automation to drive efficiencies and manage riskAssist the Transfer Pricing and International Tax Manager with other transfer pricing related matters including:

• queries from the business
• tax audits
• intercompany funding and intercompany transactions

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field/equiv
• Professional qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CA/ CTA or equivalent
• 2-3 years of previous experience on Transfer Pricing - desirable
• Demonstratable experience of working in a similar in-house transfer pricing role
• The ability to influence and confidently communicate and engage with a variety of stakeholders with varying levels of financial competence
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes ownership of projects

Location: This is a hybrid role, split between the London Paddington office (3 days) and home (2 days) - however flexibility will be required at times.
