Job Title Transaction Manager - Global Finance & Credit Training (GFCT) Location London Corporate Title Vice President GFCT combines the flow, structured and distressed businesses to provide clients with a full range of credit expertise for example, market making in debt securities across the credit spectrum, structuring, underwriting and syndication of a range of productsfor issuer clients and financing and providing risk solutions across all credit asset classes predominantly on a collateralised basis. The Middle Office (MO) team sits within the wider Front Office (FO) team. The MO team forms part of the overall FO transaction lifecycle management, with responsibilities focused on ensuring accurate systemic capture of Loans and managing their lifecycle eventsprocesses supporting the Fixed Income & Commodities (FIC) Financing businesses. You will provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) assistance to GFCT desks on system capture and valuation approaches for consistent and efficient cross-business processes.
