Job Description

My leading financial services client are looking to bring on a Transaction Management Associate to support their Credit Products Delivery team.Candidates should have:

  • Good knowledge of both LMA Bilateral and Syndicated Facilities
  • Understanding of waivers and amendments
  • Good understanding of credit execution, transaction management, credit products and banking processes
  • Excellent decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to a resolution
  • Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, both internally and externally
  • Good organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact professionally and confidently with senior deal team members within the Front Office globally
  • Confident, self-starter, assertive and energetic
