Job Description

Join a leading EdTech company as their new Retention Specialist! This remote opportunity will have you working with a company that specialises in digital and online educational resources and is growing rapidly. Our client offers an excellent salary of upto £23,000 plus great benefits!Benefits include working term time only, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 7% employer pension, Medical insurance, Life insurance, Income protection insurance, and more.Role OverviewYour responsibilities include delivering training sessions on the companys products as well as managing existing customers to ensure subscription renewals.Responsibilities:

  • Deliver growth across products within the Education Sector.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Assisting in delivering training to primary and local authorities, secondary schools and MATs throughout the UK and EMEA.
  • Meeting with schools or local authorities one-on-one and conducting departmental training across various subject areas to promote renewal.
  • Presenting and demonstrating products.
  • An analysis of sales performance.
  • Gaining and retaining customers and increasing revenue.
  • Growing strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the industry.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience working in a similar training and retention position.
  • Knowledge of the EdTech Sector.
  • Experience in dealing with SLTs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
